Please review these terms and conditions prior to your stay. It will be assumed you have read and agreed to these once you have made your booking. Glamping Luxury breaks Self catering holiday

Check in/out 

Check in is from 3pm

On the day of check out, all rubbish should be in the large bin bag and placed outside your cabin. The patio furniture cushions should be returned to the inside of the cabin, so they remain dry for the following guests. All radiators, lights and water heater should be turned off. Check out is strictly 11am unless otherwise agreed in advance, please ensure the windows and doors are locked when departing.

Cancellation 

You may cancel 72 hours before arriving and a full refund will be given. 

Damages

If you cause any damage to your cabin or elsewhere on the site during your stay, please inform us. 

We reserve the right to charge guests for any damage caused to your cabin or to the site in general. Confetti is not allowed due to environmental protection. 

For group bookings of both cabins a refundable damage deposit of £100 will be required for each cabin to cover any damage, breakages or cost of additional time spent cleaning where the venue is not left in a reasonable state or if, you have behaved in an unreasonable manner. The damage deposit will be refunded in full at the end of your stay unless any of the above have occurred. Should any member of staff have to intervene because of your unreasonable behaviour, £50 of the damage deposit will be retained for each call out.

If the damage deposit is not paid prior to your stay or if the damage caused is more than the amount of the damage deposit, then we reserve the right to charge you.

Nuisance 

Guests must be respectful to other guests on the site. Loud noise and nuisance will not be tolerated at any time and all noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm. Guests who are causing nuisance may be liable for loss of damage deposit money and/or be required to immediately leave the site.

Hot tub

You must not use the Hot Tub when wearing fake tan, staff reserve the right to refuse entry.

Hot tub must not be used after 11pm and the lid must be securely placed between use. 

If lid is not placed or the rules are not followed, the security deposit will be used to fund extra cost of electricity. 

Other conditions 

OCCUPANCY

 

Occupancy of a cabin must not exceed 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults. We reserve the right to decline accommodation and/or ask you to leave the site at any time if your numbers exceed this. The booking will then be deemed cancelled with full loss of payment.

We don't allow anyone on site who is not staying with us, unless this has been specifically requested prior to your stay and we have agreed to it under the specific circumstances.

 

BREAKAGES

 

Any damage or breakages which may occur must be paid for. Small accidental damages or breakages of a minor nature will not normally be charged but you are required to report all breakage and damage to the owners at the time or before you leave the site.

 

PETS

No pets 

 

BELONGINGS

 

Mourne Meadow Cabins accept no liability for any belongings left on site at any time.

SMOKING

​

Smoking/vaping is not permitted inside the cabins under any circumstances. Smoking outdoors is permitted but please collect any cigarette butts and dispose of them in the sand buckets provided.
